By accessing or using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.2 Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Grant Application Process

By submitting a grant application, you:

• Certify that all information provided is true and accurate
• Authorize SEAP to verify the information provided
• Acknowledge that false information may result in application denial or legal action
• Understand that application does not guarantee grant approval

4.2 Application Review

SEAP reserves the right to:

• Review and verify all application information
• Request additional documentation or information
• Deny applications that do not meet eligibility criteria
• Modify grant amounts based on available funding and program guidelines

4.3 Grant Disbursement

Approved grants will be disbursed according to program guidelines. You agree to use grant funds only for the purposes specified in your application.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

5.1 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SEAP
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use the Platform to distribute malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by SEAP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for legitimate grant application purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
